                                                                   The Hunger Games

Hunger Games because it testes your durability and survival instinct to the wild nature of woods and strange terrain.

My favorite genre is science fiction.

I just finished Hunger Games and am currently on the second book.

In the first book Katniss's sister if picked as tributes and Katniss volunteers to take her place in the games. She says good bye to friends and family. She then leaves to start her training at the capitol. They train for two days then they have to show the game makers their skill. So she is called and she shoots arrows and is proud. When she turns to see the game makers not paying attention to her she gets angry. She gets angry gets to mad and losses her temper because they are paying more attention to the roasted pig then her. She shoots an arrow and it goes through the apple in the pig's mouth. Then she gets ready for the games and she says bye to her stylist. Then her metal plate rises to the top. She looks around and sees the bow and arrows. Then it starts she runs and escapes to the woods. She hunts and gets food. Cannons shoot at the number of dead tributes. As the game progresses they announce that two people from the same district can live. So she sets out to find Petta and then while she is looking she steps on him but doesn’t know it because he is camouflage with the woods. Haymitch their mentor sends medicine for Petta's leg which is injured. Once he is healed they set out for food. Then they hear a cannon shoot and then realize there are only three left. Then in the end they kill the last tribute and win. Then they hear a voice say only one victor can remain. They are arguing on who should win. Then Katniss takes out poison berries and hands some to Petta and she says on three swallow this. On three they put it in their mouth. The voice comes again and says STOP ok two victors can remain. They defied the capitol. She goes to her new home next to Petta and Haymitch for the rest of her life.
